Horizon Europe – Space: call for experts
HaDEA is seeking independent experts to support the evaluation and monitoring of project proposals for the upcoming Horizon Europe EU Space Research Call 2025 (HORIZON-CL4-2025-02). Interested candidates must register—or update—their profile in the European Commission’s expert database. To ensure balanced representation, women are particularly encouraged to apply.
HaDEA is looking for professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas (or related fields):

European Spaceports: Launch systems, operations, standards, interoperability, and safety equipment

Space Transportation Systems: Smart avionics, eco-design tools, disruptive digital technologies, flight software, health monitoring

In-Space Operations & Services: ISAM, in-space logistics/refuelling, RPOD, satellite life extension, space robotics

Satellite Communication: 5G/6G interoperability, optical and inter-satellite links, reconfigurable payloads, data fusion

Earth Observation: On-board AI, data fusion, remote sensing, miniaturised instruments, system security

Copernicus Services: C3S, CAMS, CO2MVS, CMEMS, and AI/ML-driven digital transformation

Critical Space Components: RISC-V processors (7nm), atomic clocks, MRAM, connectors, solar cells

Quantum Space Gravimetry: QSG data exploitation, quantum sensing, international cooperation
