About Us
Recognised by the European Commission to provide highly professional support services on EU funding for Research and Innovation, we provide information, specialist advice, and individual assistance to potential Brussels-based participants.
Our Mission
National Contact Points (NCPs) provide information, specialist advice and individual assistance to potential participants in EU funding in all Member States and the Associated States of the European Union.
Nominated by their national or regional authorities, they are officially recognised by the European Commission (EC) to provide highly professional support services on EU funding for Research and Innovation. NCPs act as a bridge between the EC and companies, academia, research centres, public bodies and citizen associations. Their services are free of charge.
There is one National Contact Point for any area covered by Horizon Europe, the EU funding for Research and Innovation programmes (2021-2027).

Brussels National Contact Point (NCP Brussels) is a regional initiative whose aim is to help companies, universities, research centres and other stakeholders of the Brussels Capital Region to access EU funding for Research and Innovation.
hub.brussels has been nominated by the Brussels Capital Region to deliver the services of National Contact Point. Today, it hosts the NCP Brussels team.

NCP Brussels is an active member of several thematic NCP networks gathering major EU National Contact Points on Horizon Europe. We can facilitate access of Brussels-based stakeholders to the services provided by this networks.
NCP Brussels is trained and informed by the European Commission on upcoming topics and events, legal and financial matters. Under Horizon Europe, we cover all parts of the programme except the European Research Council (ERC) and Marie-Slodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) under the 1st pillar. Targeted partner and expert search via our international networks (NCP networks and Enterprise Europe Network)

Proofreading and pre-screening of project proposals according to EU selection criteria
Basic information on other sources of funding from related programmes (ex European Structural & Investment Fund, regional/national funding) and signposting to the relevant contact people
Information on available subsidies to support proposal writing

Individual support during contract preparation with the European Commission and the consortium members, in case the proposal is selected for funding
