The Funding & Tenders Portal from a client’s perspective

2600! This is the number of respondents to the 2022 survey of the DG for Research and Innovation about clients’ experience on the F&T Portal. You can read the report and learn what they found out in this first round of consultations.

The Client Centricity initiative aims to put the clients of EU funding opportunities at the centre of future developments. This means that the clients’ perspective will inform future changes to the Funding & Tenders Portal. The point of this initiative is to make your work easier – whether you are looking for calls, following up on a proposal or managing a grant.

As it turns out, many of you are happy with the content published on the F&T Portal. However, you would like to see improvements to page design, search options and document management. You also mentioned the issues you face and extra features you would appreciate, such as personalised notifications and an online library.
