Everything you need to know about IHI contributing partners

This webinar will provide an in-depth exploration of the key aspects of becoming an IHI contributing partner.

About IHI contributing partners

Organisations interested in supporting IHI in specific research areas can apply to become contributing partners. These partners contribute their own resources such as researchers’ time, laboratories, or data, or invest cash into specific IHI projects. Their contributions function similarly to those made by IHI private members. Organisations that are affiliated to a private member, that is COCIR, EFPIA (including Vaccines Europe), EuropaBio and MedTech Europe cannot become IHI contributing partners.

About the event

In this informative webinar, IHI Legal Officer Karolina Gutt-Mostowy and IHI Financial Officer Gaëlle Lanckmans will present detailed guidance on the IHI contributing partners scheme. Topics will include:

  • Eligibility criteria for becoming a contributing partner;
  • Step-by-step guidance on the application process, including practical tips;
  • Eligible contributions and their requirements;
  • Legal and financial rules applicable to contributing partners;
  • Common mistakes in applications and how to avoid them.

The session will include a Q&A session, allowing participants to address specific concerns.

Who should attend?

This webinar is designed for:

  • Current IHI contributing partners ;
  • Organisations planning to apply to become contributing partners in current IHI calls for proposals;
  • Organisations considering contributing partner roles in future calls.

Additionally, project coordinators and applicant consortia involving contributing partners are encouraged to join to gain a better understanding of the rules that will govern contributing partners during both the application and project reporting stages.
