Digital Europe: BeNeLux Info Session & Matchmaking

Discover New Opportunities in the Digital Europe Programme

The next round of calls from the Digital Europe Main Work Programme is expected to open in early November 2025. To help you prepare, the Digital Europe National Contact Points (NCPs) of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, supported by the DEP4ALL Network, invite you to an Info Session and Matchmaking Event.

Join us to:

  • Learn about upcoming funding opportunities under the Digital Europe Programme from European Commission representatives
  • Meet potential partners from across the BeNeLux region
  • Pitch your project ideas and explore collaboration possibilities

Participation: Free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
Note: Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Consultants are not eligible to participate.

Who Should Attend

This event is open to researchers, public institutions, and companies/organisations based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg that are interested in joining the Digital Europe Programme as beneficiaries.

Can’t Attend in Person?

The info session will be livestreamed and recorded for those unable to join onsite.
Please note that matchmaking and networking activities are available only to onsite participants.
