Horizon Europe dashboard for lump sum evaluations updated
On 19 June the European Commission released the revised version of the Horizon Europe dashboard for lump sum evaluations
The dashboard for lump sum evaluations is intended for experts involved in the evaluation of lump sum proposals. It shows the average costs for personnel funded by Horizon Europe grants. This is an objective standard against which experts can assess the personnel costs included in a lump sum budget to ensure that they are reasonable and non-excessive.

What’s new?
- Older data have been excluded
- The source of data is grant agreements, which include budget estimates for the years after signature
- The revised dashboard shows how many person-months were funded at a given cost, it no longer displays the number of organisations and their average personnel costs
- The instructions for experts and background information have been updated
