Energy | Are you ready to submit your project proposal?
We suggest some final checks that could be overlooked when rushing after information from partners, calculating budgets and finalising work packages.
When are you planning to submit your proposal?
Remember: the call deadline is unchangeable! Use all advantages of the electronic submission system to meet the deadline, don’t submit your proposal at the very last minute. Do it at least two days before 10 September!
Is your proposal complete?
You must complete the Administrative Forms and Part B.
Remember: if even only one section is missing, it will make your proposal inadmissible.
Have you found the right number of partners in your proposal?
Remember: you have to include at least 3 participants from 3 different Member States or Associated Countries. However, there are exceptions for a few topics, so always check the Work Programme 2018-20 for the eligibility and admissibility conditions!
How many pages does your proposal have?
Check the page limits for your proposal which are stipulated on the front page of the templates. For CSA proposals it is 50 pages and for IA + RIA it is 70 pages, applicable in Part B”s section 1-3.
Remember: if you exceed the page limit, any extra pages will be disregarded.
Is your font readable?
Proposals must be written in a legible font, and the minimum font size allowed is 11 points. Further guidance on the use of fonts, margins and other page formatting is included on the front page of the proposal templates.
Now you’re all set to submit your proposal. We are looking forward to receiving it by 10 September!
