Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) call 8 now open until October 10th 2024

 

Target group:

Academics, SMEs, mid-sized companies, patient groups, regulators, and others working in health research, including drug development, health technologies, biotechnology, diagnostics and more.

IHI – call 8 is a two-stage call for proposals with the following topics:

  • Topic 1: A city-based approach to reducing cardiovascular mortality in Europe
  • Topic 2: Novel endpoints for osteoarthritis (OA) by applying big data analytics
  • Topic 3: Modelling regulatory sandbox mechanisms and enabling their deployment to support breakthrough innovation
  • Topic 4: Patient-centred clinical-study endpoints derived using digital health technologies

Deadline for short proposals: 10 October 2024 at 17:00 Brussels time

Deadline for full proposals: 23 April 2025 at 17:00 Brussels time

Info sessions and networking

The IHI Call Days for call 8 ran from 17 June to 21 June 2024 inclusive. They included info sessions on the topics, our rules & procedures, and preparing the financial parts of the proposal. Participants can also use the Call Days website to identify and meet potential project partners. The recordings of these info sessions are also available online.
