EDITORIAL 27.03.2015 “Avoid financial errors in H2020 project management? It’s possible!”

Most probably, the research/innovation activities are the ones that will receive the biggest attention within your organisation. But beware of not losing sight of the administrative and financial requirements associated to the funding programme – or your project might be at risk.

How do you calculate personnel costs? How do you ensure the time spent on the project is recorded? What is considered eligible direct costs? How do you set-up compliant and practical bookkeeping rules? What is a third party? Should you avoid double funding?

The European Commission and the Belgian NCPs organise on April 28th in Brussels a communication campaign on “How to avoid financial errors in H2020 projects”. Successful Brussels applicants to Horizon 2020 and especially people involved in the financial and administrative management of projects are most welcome to learn and ask questions.

Check the full agenda and register here.

Looking forward to meeting you there,
