Funding opportunity: “Innovate to Prevent: Personalised Prevention in Health and Care Services” call
The European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) has launched its second Joint Transnational Call (JTC) for proposals aiming to support the implementation of innovative person-centred health and care models addressing prevention strategies, with the key help of existing IT and digital technologies and services. More than 30 funding agencies participate with an indicative budget of more than 34 million €.
The deadline for obligatorz Intent to Apply submission is on 16 April 2024 and the deadline for proposal submission is on 14 May 2024.
An Information Webinar will be held on 12 March 2024 from 3 to 4 pm.
